I cannot connect to E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley. This is the only E*TRADE institution listed in the Mac desktop Home & Business version. I can copy-n-paste my credentials into a web browser without issue, but when I copy-n-paste into TurboTax, I get the message:
This import was unsuccessful.
Your credentials are incorrect. Please try again.
I reproduced the same issue four times. I checked these forums and saw many problems with E*TRADE logins in years past, but nothing was posted in 2024. Either it has yet to be reported, or it is a transient issue.
