E-filing for deceased family members?

I'm working through the e-filing for deceased family members 2024 tax year.  Both husband and wife died in 2024.  TurboTax won't let me e-file.  I saw a similar situation related to TurboTax 2022.  Do we still need to file paper rather than e-file?
