e-filing for 2017 return in 2019

I am using TurboTax Home & Business for 2017 and when I tried to e-file on 7/26/2019 I got the message that e-filing had "closed" on October 18 2018. Is there any way to e-file this return at this time??

No, you cannot e-file a 2017 tax return using the personal editions of TurboTax. E-filing of the 2017 tax return closed after October 18, 2018.

The 2017 tax return can only be printed and mailed.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Make sure you put federal and state returns in separate envelopes and mail them to the correct addresses for the IRS and the state.
