e-filing Federal Return and mailing state return

I e-filed my Federal Return and would like to mail my Pennsylvania return. I printed out the return papers and the state return instructions state that I shouldn't mail my state return because it's been e-filed. Which it hasn't. 

Can I just mail the state return the way I normally would?

The same thing has happened to me with Colorado state return!
