E-Filing a Federal and State Extension

Trying to e-file both a Federal and State Extension using Turbo Tax. The only option that appears is regular mailing. Where and how can/do I "E-File" my extensions and pay the estimated amount of tax due?

You can't pay online via Turbo Tax
