and yet once again this year I cannot e-file even though I paid to be able to do so...and of course I cannot reach anyone at TurboTax for help

    What is the problem?   Is it being rejected?  Or is it something else?   We cannot see your screen or your account so we need specific information in order to help.

    AGI from 2020 return is incorrect...and yet it is very much correct...impossible to contact a real person either at TurboTax or IRS...I'll probably just mail it in again this year (like last) even though I paid for this option...gotta' hate both TT and IRA!

    Have tried entering a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-filing again?  The IRS possibly does not have your 2020 AGI in their database.
