Question

E-File Transmission Error

When I click submit to E-file, I get the following message:

 

We could not e-file your return for the following reason:
Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available.
 
I know that I was waiting on NC to release a certain form, but I got the confirmation from TurboTax that this form is available. So I don't know what the issue is.

TurboTax is aware of the problem and is working on a fix.

    The North Carolina Individual Income Tax Return Form D-400 is not yet available for e-filing.  It is estimated to be available on 02/24/2022

    That is a poorly worded email which should have indicated the Form D-400 was available for printing and mailing only.
