E-FILE STATUS

i e-filed my returns and they were rejected. i had the wrong birth date entered. subsequently i have made changes to the return because i forgot to enter a 1099-B on the original. when i make the correction to the birth date, will the original be filed or will the corrected returns be filed?

Whatever was on your return when you efiled and it was Accepted. Did you enter the 1099B before you refiled with the right birthdate?

If you added the 1099 after it was accepted then it wasn't added.
