The "FILE" Final Step Status Bar indicate Payment and will not return to continue e-filing my return.  Instead it gives a message saying "you have not e-filed your return".

A Tax Support Specialist  determined that I needed to "disable" a security software (AVG) that was running in the background or add "TurboTax.exe" to the "exception" list in the AVG application 'setting'. This unblocked the E-Filing continuation.

I have not received any info as far as my return being filed and or accepted?

If you have not received any info on filing or you return being accepted, you should sign in to your account (if in TurboTax Online) and check your status.

If you have filed your 2019 returns, you should see them on the front page. "Pending" means they are waiting for acceptance from the IRS or state Department of Revenue. "Accepted" means they have been accepted. "Rejected" means that you must go in to correct an error on the return that has been flagged by the IRS or the state Department of Revenue. A "rejected' return means you have not filed, you must re-file.
