t tax says wife's agi doesn't match, but its the same as mine!  How the heck do you get help here?

I've seen a few threads on this. I was having the exact same problem. Here's a couple things I saw:

1. Delete your browser cookies or

2.  If you filed late last year, try putting in 0 for your 2018 AGI. 

I filed for an extension last year, so I tried number 2. Still waiting on a response, so we'll see...

Amazing!  From I know not where came the answer.  Certainly not Turbo Tax.

Entering "0" rather than actual wife's actual agi did it!
