E-file "Please Wait"

After providing info req. for e-file I get a red box with the words "Please Wait". I am still waiting 45 minutes later. The payment process is hung up therefore the filing status is null. I need to get these filed and printed but no can do until this problem on your end is resolved. PLEASE Help!

Due to IRS issues with the efiling process, they have extended the filing date to 4/18/18.
