Yes, you can e-file (or print and mail) Form 1120-S with TurboTax Business.

See https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/

Note that there is no Mac or online version of TurboTax Business; the program must be installed and run in a Windows environment. Also, TurboTax Business is for entity return preparation only; it cannot be used to prepare an individual income tax return.

To file a S Corp tax return, Form 1120S, using TurboTax you would need to purchase the Business Edition - https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/

The Business Edition can only be installed on a Windows based personal computer, not on a Mac or online.

The Business Edition cannot be used to complete a personal tax return, Form 1040.
