i paid $25 to turbo tax to e-file state tax. The e-file was rejected by IRS and State several times, because IRS has not processed by 2019 taxes, which was mailed in march 2020, but IRS did cash the check. So I have to mail my return. How do I get my $25 back from Turbo Tax

Have you tried entering a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI so that you can e-file the 2020 federal and state tax returns?
