e-file Bank Account only allow me to put 7 digits

I was trying to e-file my tax this year, and the software only allows me to put 7 digits for my bank account number, and my bank has 9 digits. The routing number allows me to put the 9 digits through. I tried on both Mac and Windows, and the problem remains the same.

This is the 10th year I e-filed my tax using Turbotax, but this is the first time I have had this problem. Does anyone else have the same issue?
