E-File after applying for payment plan

I'm trying to submit my return via e-file, but I owe and chose a payment plan via IRS site. Now e-file still asking how I will pay the amount due.

Just tell the software you will mail a check. Then go ahead with whatever plan you have for paying your tax due. TurboTax never knows how, when or even if you pay your tax due.
