During Smart Check, I get taken to a single error on a page titled "Enter Identifying Information for E-Filing". Does anyone know what I am to fill in here?

Below the error message and the entry box there is an on screen grayed out version of the form the error relates to. Usually, you can scroll up and down this gray form to see what the error is referring to specifically. Do you see the form displayed below?

I got the same thing. Turbotax is very frustrating this year. It first complained 04/04/2020 was wrong for todays date, on the second page. I scrolled up and down and never found anything that I had wrong or should have entered. I added a phone # and a few other details, which did not help. There are several pale yellow fields in the form but many should not be checked. If there is a field  triggering the Smart Check, then why is it not RED or something? The GUI here is really inconsistent and sometimes asks too many questions, often with no help, too. Other times it asks questions and there is no relevant form button to refer to. Did TurboTax lose some programmers lately?

In the interview it says to enter PIN (any 5-digit number) but that is WRONG!! Now that I fixed it, I cannot get back to the question anymore, another issue, but what I did to fix was make sure all 4 of these were the same value:

    Taxpayer's Prior Year PIN:

    Spouse's Prior Year PIN:

    Taxpayer's PIN used to sign the return:

    Spouse's PIN used to sign the return:

So much for "any 5-digit number" !!!
