During download and install did not see opportunity to bring 2019 data forward

When you start your 2020 return it should ask you if you want to transfer information from 2019.  You will only get that when your first start a new return.

Hi, I was able to bring forward my 2019 data for preparation of my 2020 return, but in years past the return would have the prior year's data listed as a column next to the current year.  For example under the business section I could see what I expensed for rent the previous year on the same screen I would be working on for the current year.  For some reason this time around on the download it did not come with the prior column for 2019.  Is there a way to bring this data/column up?

Would you please clarify your question. Are you using TurboTax Online or Desktop and which specific product?

The comparison is currently only available in TurboTax Desktop. Is that the version of TurboTax Home and Business you are currently using?
