Duplicate Charge

I was charged $75.78 on November 2, 2023.  I thought this was the charge for the software.  I've been using TT for over 20 years.  When I filed my return on April 7, 2024, it charged me an additional $73.55 (69 for prodcut and $4.55 in taxes).  I called to dispute the duplicate charge even though it wasn't the exact same amount.  Kayana at TT told me I have to dispute with my Credit Card company.  Which I am doing currently.  Why would I be charged twice.  I did my own taxes without any additional services or input from TT.  Thanks.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
