No, normally they would issue you a "W-2c", a corrected W-2 with all the information repeated plus whatever changed.
Evidently, they decided just to give you your code W amount without filling in the stuff that didn't change.
No problem, just enter your first W-2 but then add the code W amount in box 12 as if it had been on the first W-2 all along.
Be sure to document what you did and why, because if they treated this second W-2 as a corrected W-2, then they would send a copy to the IRS, who may be puzzled as to what happened to your income. This won't be a problem. If there is a letter from the IRS expressing their curiosity, you send them both copies of the W-2s, and explain how this happened.
