Downloaded wrong product

It appears that I bought and downloaded the wrong product. I downloaded the Home & Business version and I need the Business version that handles LLC. How do I change products? My order number is: QSTCA197114323

You cannot just switch programs ... you have to return the one you don't need and buy the one you do.

Step 1 ... buy the correct program : https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

Step 2 ... apply for a refund of the unwanted program : To submit a refund request online, simply fill out our TurboTax Refund Request Form

What kind of LLC? If it's a single-member LLC that has not elected to be treated as a corporation, you use Home & Business. If it's a multi-member LLC, or the LLC has elected to be treated as a corporation, then you need Business.
