Downloaded version of tubotax premier 2022 will not open. Just comes up with a screen saying not connected to internet. Turbotax 2020 and 2021 open fine. Have repeated.

Does not come up with screen to type in activation key.

I am trying do download 1099-B info from Wells Fargo Adviisors, but am not getting thru. I am able to log in using the same username and password to my account, but Turbotax isn't connecting..I really don't want to put it in manually :
