How do I get a version of Mac that will work on my computer current program if version 13 and mine is version12.7?

Sorry---there is no other version for your older Mac. If your OS cannot be upgraded, then desktop software will not run on your Mac. You can use online software instead. Seek a refund for the download; you cannot pay for online TurboTax with the license code.
