Downloaded 2022 software from Costco. Installer errors out with Code 2894. can't find any explanation for this code. Have tried running as Administrator but same error

My errors were from a Sam'sClub AND a TurboTax download. AND a club-purchased CD. After THREE calls to Microsoft, they finally decided to reinstall my corrupted windows 10. BUT it wouldn't install because of the issue. 6 telephone hours later, the install was finessed to download, was reinstalled, re-updated, and re-upgraded to current editions and successfully installed. I have now spent more hours on the phones with Microsoft AND Intuit than it will take me to do my taxes.
