I can’t get my 2025 Home and Business download to load pass the license code screen. It gets to that part and tells me to click the license code because it will not let you pass it and when I click activate, it loads to “It has been activated” and when I try to click on get started, it loops back to the activation page with the license code. If I click the get started button really quick, the entire download closes and I have to reopen it. I called cx support and they worked for 2hrs and couldn’t help me. It’s been doing this since I downloaded it on the 4th. Anyone else having this issue?
