no it's for Mac not iOS but either way 2021 can't run anywhere it's not already installed, it's no longer supported and you won't be able to activate it

TurboTax desktop software runs only on a Windows PC or a Mac, not on a tablet or other mobile device, and not on a Chromebook.

Only the current year and previous 3 years are supported for sales, installation, updates, or technical support. As of now (November 2025) that means 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
