TurboTax desktop software runs only on a Windows PC or a Mac, not on a tablet or other mobile device, and not on a Chromebook.
Only the current year and previous 3 years are supported for sales, installation, updates, or technical support. As of now (November 2025) that means 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
