Download TT to a new laptop

I got a new laptop and am trying to download TT business onto it. I did my taxes this year on a laptop that no longer works. It gives error code 605. What is that and how do I get the software activated?

I need to download my 2024 tax file for my CPA. But the only download I can get is the .tax file, which the CPA can not open. How to I get that file in a PDF version?
