my federal downloaded but my state will not. It gives me a error code 190

    Follow these steps to fix the error code 190

     

    1. Open TurboTax
    2. Select Start a New Return.
    3. On the left sidebar Go to the State Taxes.
    4. Download the states you need.
      • There may be a fee if you need more than one state or if your version of TurboTax doesn't include one free state download.
    5. Close TurboTax.
    6. Reopen TurboTax.
    7. Continue preparing your return.
    **Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post. **Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
