Download Links / license codes getting whoops we ran into a snag error

Hello, 

I have the license key but a new computer and need to download 2021, 2022 Desktop versions.

When entering the License Key I get an error about hitting a snag.  I have th2e Premier for 2022 and Deluxe for 2021.

2021 won't work.  Access to do an install for that year has been terminated by TTX.   Generate and transfer any PDFs for that year from your old computer before you shut it down permanently.

2022 should work, but if on a Windows computer, a new Windows 11 OS update was just released, and if partially installed, that can block TTX operations.  Reboot your computer even if you've already installed that update and try again....make sure you install TTX as an Administrator  (Rt-Click on the installation file.)

Other possible blocks to a 2022 installation?  VPN?  Virus software?
