I've downloaded turbotax home & business on my Mac, but double clicking on the download, it doesn't install. I drag it to the turbotax pop-up window and try and run from the Applications folder and still no luck. Any help is appreciated.

Yes, you should have received notification in November. Was your credit card charged?

I download & installed "w_turbotax_1040_prm_amd_2018.120.0100.exe" intended to amend my 2018 return for tuition and fees deduction extended by Congress in Dec 2019, but the program says "tuition and fees deduction unavailable".

Is this the one program for amending my 2018 return, or can I use the regular 2018 premier version to amend ? Thanks.

Unless it is otherwise stated, you cannot download a disk version of Turbo Tax on more than one device. This is stated in the licensing agreement and there is no Turbo Tax support since this was purchased from a third-party retailer. Log into www.turbotax.com and complete your return using our online version instead. Also you can download a software product from turbo tax and you can install and activate the same copy of TurboTax on three different computers according to this link published by Turbo Tax.
