Download from T D Ameritrade

I was working on my taxes over the weekend and downloaded my retirement info from TDA, at that time the regular trading activity was not available.  Now the regular trading activity is available but the selection for download from TDA is not available.  What can I do?

It could be due to many reasons.  I would suggest you manually enter the information.  For example, if its a Form 1099-DIV, here are the steps: 

In TurboTax online,

• Sign in to your TurboTax account and select Pick up where you left off
• At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in "1099div" and Enter
• Select Jump to 1099div
• Follow prompts

Use the same instructions for 1099int or 1099b
