download from Schwab still isn't working March 6

I am still unable to download tax information from Schwab.

I do wish Turbo Tax would fix the problem.  Schwab claims it is Turbo Tax problem not their issue.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.  See the second article for info on Schwab.

I am having the same problem downloading from Schwab. The account digits required by Turbo tax are 9 digits and the ID number digits also do not match what Turbo Tax Document requires. Please can someone help? Thanks in advance

There was an update last night that MAY have solved your issue. Make sure you have the most updated software and try again.
