download 2023 turbotax premier for mac

I need to download the desktop version of Turbotax 2023 Premier. I have the license key. 

When I log in to TurboTax and go to My Accounts->Products->TurboTax, I can not see it in the list of software products. However, when I go to https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads/myaccounts?route=MYACCOUNTS&cgcview=downloads, I can see the license there, but it will not let me download the software. 

I have been on the phone with TurboTax for over 1hr, and they can't help me. Supervisor doesn't pick up so I am hoping someone out in the community can guide me.
