When I try to download software which I received notice that it was ready to download, it says it is not supported for Windows????????

What Windows do you have?  What kind of computer?

Are you running Win 10 or 11 in S mode? You need to switch out of S mode.

Did you buy the Mac download by mistake? The downloads for Windows and Mac are different.
