Double charged for the service

Hi,

my total fee for the service was $192 and I went to the link you sent to pay before the due day, the website charged me $120 instead of $192, and you still charged me $192 on the due day. Could you please help me handle it?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
