The Illinois forms are finalized in TurboTax, but some users are reporting seeing a comment that the forms are not finalized when trying to print their return. Please see the link below with work-arounds related to this issue. There is also a link where you can submit your e-mail address to be notified of any updates.

Neither of these work. It wants me to repurchase the state.

I just had the same problem and the only way to resolve it was to repurchase the state download, so I had to purchase it twice. Very disappointed.
