Does anyone know how to access a 1099-MISC from DoorDash delivering?

According to their website:

"All Dashers need to accept the invite from DoorDash 2018 in order to access their 2018 1099-MISC form.

If you had a Payable account for a previous year, please register a new email in order to access your 2018 1099-MISC form. You do not have to use the same email associated with your Dasher account."

When you go through the initial interview, indicate that you have income and expenses from self employment.

TurboTax will ask you questions about your business, and then prompt you to enter your income and expenses.

If you are past the interview, just search for self employment income (use this exact phrase) and select the Jump to link. You may need to answer some questions about the work you did before you can enter your 1099-MISC.
