Does using my girlfriends account effect getting my return ?

No.  But if you do another return in the same account it will overwrite the first return.  So if she already did her return then your return will replace it.  And she won't be able to get a copy or use it for next year.  

Online is only good for 1 return per account.  But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts.   How to start another return in the Online version

Or if you are referring to doing a direct deposit of your tax refund to her bank account, then the deposit will be rejected if your name is not also on the account.  Then the IRS will send you a refund check in the mail to the address on your tax return.

It’s two different accounts but she used her email since i don’t remember mine and I didn’t want to make another
