According to IRS, Form 3520 can be efiled since 2020. Does TurboTax support Form 3520?

No. TurboTax does not support Form 3520; the form is not included in the program.

Form 3520 is not part of your income tax return, and is not filed with your tax return. You can use TurboTax to file your tax return, and file Form 3520 separately.

Form 3520 cannot be e-filed. It has to be filed by mail. Where do you see that the IRS says it can be e-filed? (If it's on a web site, please post a link.)
