Will TurboTax automatically add the required de minimis safe harbor statement titled: "Section 1.263(a)-1(f) de minimis safe harbor election" to my tax return if I answer the questions around Business Income Schedule C > Assets?

How do I verify whether this statement has been successfully added.

Yes, if you qualified for the De Minimis Safe Harbor Election and followed the instructions here  to report it, then the Reg. 1.263(a)-1(f) statement is automatically included with your return. 
 

You can print/view a copy of all forms and worksheets in your return and look for the page titled: "Section 1.263 (a) 1(f), De Minimis Safe Harbor Election" to confirm.
