You mean entering a 1099NEC you received or to prepare a 1099NEC to give to someone you paid? If you need to issue a 1099NEC you need the Home & Business Desktop program.  

You can enter 1099NEC or Self Employment Income into Online Deluxe but if you have any expenses you will have to upgrade to the Premium or use any of the Desktop CD/Download programs. All the Desktop programs have the same forms, so you can buy a lower version.  You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions.
