Does Turbotax offer a way of managing and paying quarterly estimated tax payments?

Turbo Tax issues Form 1040-ES Payment Vouchers when you file your return if you owe taxes. As best I am aware, Turbo Tax does not offer a way to pay the estimated quarterly payments though the Turbo Tax Program. An internet search found

You may send estimated tax payments with Form 1040-ES by mail, or you can pay online, by phone or from your mobile device using the IRS2Go app. Visit IRS.gov/payments to view all the options. For additional information, refer to Publication 505, Tax Withholding and Estimated Tax.
