Does TT desktop have anyone to contact i get to medical/hosp chgs it freezes. tried several times shut down restart. didnt help?

If on a windows system:
1) Run your main Windows OS updates, and reboot even if you don't find one to install.

and/or

2) Rt-click on the TTX icon and select "Run as Administrator"
