Yes, the TurboTax Deluxe desktop edition for tax year 2016 supports Schedule D and Form 8949.

Go to this TurboTax website for the 2016 desktop editions, scroll down the page under the Deluxe edition and click on View Forms - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
