it is the name of the bill - shrewd move - but Intuit clearly goes out of their way to use the full name every time, and use it repetitively, it's not accidental or just bad writing - "While the One Big Beautiful Bill has many tax changes, other important updates remain for your tax return from the TCJA that were not impacted by the One Big Beautiful Bill."

No, it is not.
That name was removed before it became law (I think due to Senate rules, but I'm not certain). You can compare the first few paragraphs of the text of the older versions (which include that name) with the first few paragraphs of the Enrolled Bill with no longer officially calls it that.
But it is still commonly and informally referred to by that name, and probably always will be.
ha thanks for that info I hadn't noticed the final text - interestingly it doesn't seem to be called anything - just "An Act - To provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14." - lol.
