Does my share of the income tax return go towards my husband back child support when I filed injured spouse. And does it affect my stimulus check

not if it got iy in time.        an't say ith regard to stimuls.  some have reported that even after filing injured spouse form the entire stimulus went to child support.  however the IRS may be sending a letter as a follow up to the stimulus where you might be able to protest if you don't get your share of stimulus.
