Does it matter that I e filed my return when the first two pages had written on it "Do not file Form not final"

Please see the helpful FAQ below. It will help you troubleshoot the possible reasons why you have the DO NOT FILE watermark. Right now, it is most likely because the paper-filed (print) version of the tax form has not yet been finalized in TurboTax. This does not mean there is a problem with your tax return.  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3300737 


Note: The IRS has put out a notice that they will not be accepting any type of 2017 tax return until January 29, 2017 (unless they pull a few returns from tax preparation company servers for testing.)  That is why your federal return is in pending status which means it is sitting on the TurboTax servers waiting for the IRS to start accepting tax returns.
