Does it matter if u buy a Premier cd from Sams Club or Amazon After load the cd u get an update anyhow. Are both cd's exactly the same after the update ???

All CD's you buy over the counter or online *NOT* directly from TurboTax are the same. You can expect when you install it, to have to get updates for it, for all the corrections and updates that will be required in order for your return to be correct.
