Where is the tracking where is the support I paid and I guess turbo tax was done with me and my return. Now I changed my deposits to a karma account and they can’t answer the phone after 2 hours of waiting on hold!  What a rip off

Once your return has been Accepted for processing by the IRS, TT receives no further updates.  It cannot legally contact the IRS on your behalf.  But the IRS is seriously backlogged, as stated here:
