Does head of household with adult dependents really qualify for the "stimulus credit?"

TurboTax seems to think I qualify for the stimulus credit because I marked head of household and my taxable income is between $75K and $100K. I marked HOH because a parent is living with me. As far as I know, adult dependents do not qualify for stimulus. Is this a bug?

You qualify for the Recovery Rebate Credit, but your adult dependent does not. You are eligible for $1200 for round one and $600 for round two of stimulus payments. Here is a link that helps explain the calculations.
